I have placed an order, but I have not received anything in my mailbox. What should I do?

1) First check your mailbox, including spam messages.
2) Then if you have checked and have not received any messages from us! Contact us immediately on Whatsapp or email, we will help you and make sure everything is fine

Does my subscription start to be active right after I make a payment?

Subscription starting to be active from the moment you will receive your activation credentials in your e-mail.
Example: David subscribed for 3 Months on February 1st at 11:55 PM and activation credentials were received February 2nd at 00:10 AM. David’s subscription is starting to be active from February 2nd, 00:10 AM for the next 3 months.

Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?

1 subscription can be used on multiple devices but you can watch only on 1 device at the same time. If you want more devices at the same time just contact us to get a subscription with a good discount

What are the payment options?

Payments will be taken via a secure gateway and there aren’t any hidden fees, we offer a secure payment via Credit Cards, Paypal, and more

My channels are not working. What should I do?

We provide a stable service with good quality, this will usually not happen.
In case of you face a problem with a channel, please follow these instructions : 

Turn off the device and give it a few minutes. We reboot and swap channels if needed. The channel may be coming back.

If you have a problem with multiple channels, the problem should be on your end, please follow these instructions : 

Try rebooting your the device. You should wait for 30 seconds before turning it on.

Ensure you are connected to internet, and there is a good internet connection
